A mental health tool that works around your schedule.
myCompass is a free online tool that can help you identify unhelpful thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, and learn strategies to deal with them.
Who’s it for?
Requiring minimal technical skills, myCompass is for people who:
- want to better manage their stress levels
- would like to improve their mental health
- have depressive, anxious and/or stress symptoms in the mild-to-moderate range
- are aged 18 years old and above
- read English with ease
OurHerd

OurHerd is a free mental health storytelling app that empowers young people to share stories of their experiences and create positive change. It is a safe space to open up about tough times, learn from other people’s experiences and be reminded that you are not alone in your struggles.

- young people aged 14 - 30 years
- those who like to listen, share and be heard amonst their peers
- those navigating their own mental health journey
Bite Back
Bite Back uses a combination of fun, interactive activities, quizzes, animations and information across nine positive psychology domains including gratitude, optimism, flow, meaning, hope, mindfulness, character strengths, healthy lifestyle, and positive relationships. Bite Back also provides information about the benefits of increasing wellbeing, strategies to develop skills in each of the positive psychology domains, and links to other relevant resources.

Anxiety Coach™ for Parents
Anxiety Coach is a self-paced online child development course that aims to support you and your child through the ups and downs of life. It is what we call a ‘parent-led’ approach, meaning that you take on the role of the coach in your child’s life, and are able to guide them through emotionally distressing episodes.
